I’ve never used TAO lotion. Anyways, if its your first time DO NOT go in there for more than 10 minutes. You should try for like 7 minutes. I used a be a tan-aholic and I hadn’t gone in a few months and I went on Friday and I am still burnt! I went in for 20 minutes and that was a BIG mistake. Anyways, just work your way up the “minute” ladder and I would give the TAO lotion a shot. Tan enhancing lotions they have at the salon work great!

I’m dark complexed to begin with, Indian/Mexican/Italian
I use Hawaiian tropic T2max Indoor tanning.
works for me, but first starting out I only go like 8 minutes stand up, 12 minutes bed, till I start getting dark, then I do the full amount allowed.

I have used TAO, and I liked it pretty well. That particular lotion has 2 bronzers in it. It will darken you up quite a bit. If you want something to make you even darker than that, try one of Designer Skin’s lotions that has even more bronzers, such as Spellbound (4 bronzers), Black (20x bronzers), 14 Karat Gold (14x bronzers), etc.

All of Designer Skin’s lotions are awesome. I’ve tried about every brand of tanning stuff out there, and none of the others have gotten me anywhere near as dark as Designer Skin’s products have.
