What is a good tanning lotion or tanning bronzer i can use with my tanning bed?

It seems that my legs and lower body get tanned pretty dark but my neck chest and arms dont get as dark. and when i finally get them kinda dark, the sun seems to reverse what the tanning bed does. Can someone help me on this? Does tanning pills really work???
