Obviously tanning beds CAUSE cancer and completely damage your skin and body, so I deleted my account, but I refuse to look white and pasty!!! I look at some people and they have lines from their uneven tan lotions, so which ones do yall find that work the best? Ones that won’t put me in debt. Lol.
Neutrogena Build-A-Tan works really well and is pretty cheap at about 6 bucks. I like it because you just keep putting the lotion on until you achieve the color you want:) Good luck!

I really like the first one- Beach Sexy Sunkissed Bronze Instant Self Tan Lotion with Tint. For this tanner you have to apply it each time you want a glow but it washes off in the shower. This way you will never look orange or have lines because this does not do that. It goes on even and smooth and it has a little bit of a shimmer to it. Or if you want a gradual one that builds up over time try looking at the other ones on the website. I find though that gradual tanners leave you orange.I don’t have any experience with any of the others. I find the air brush ones that you spray on make me really streaky though. Good luck- this won’t break the bank either being $12.
Lotions no matter what brand/power, it stains your skin. It will not protect you from getting sunburned, people use expired ones (for example or travel where it’s tropical) and they still GET sunburned. It also will not guarantee you from getting cancer.
You’re absolutely right, though, about the tanning beds, but that’s all part of profits, they don’t guarantee anyone from ANYTHING.
You may not like being so white, but in the long run, you will be younger looking than people your own age, WHEN you’re 50, when people think you’re still in your 30’s.
if you are looking for a relatively dark tan a really good tanning lotion would be Banana Boat tanning oil. it moisturizes your skin and helps it to not peel off. it also helps protect your skin against the suns harmful rays. your could buy it anywhere like walmart, target, walgreens might have some, places like that and its around 6.99$ (some stores may have it cheaper)
European Gold Sweet Brown Dark Tan Lotion is also good. Ive used it a couple of times, and it works really good. it leaves no streaks, and its very silky and smooth and its 7.97$ for a 13.5 oz bottle.
for a more natural tan, you could go with Jergens Natural Glow $ 7.94, which gradually makes you skin tan yet also darkens you skin a little. On the bottle, it says it also reduces cellulite and firms you skin ( thought you might want to know that) and you could buy all of these like at walmart or target and places that have beauty products. i hope this helped!
