i have yellow around my tattoo but my lotion is like a tan. could it be the lotion staining around it?

I just got a tattoo about almost 4 days ago. This is my second tatttoo. I used a tanish lotion on it and its all yellowish around it. But i doesnt have and redness,it doesnt itch, and it doesnt have any bumps or anything around it. Do you think it could be just the lotion?

im gettin a tattoo on my lower back like rite above muh a$$ and i use that lotion stuff that makes you tan {occasionly i use it} and i was wonderin if i could still use that without tinting it in anyway its just going to be straight jet black ink…
