I am currently on a liquid diet for throat-swallowing reasons, what nutrients from foods (vegan) can you get on liquid diet without having to take a vitamin supplement? Have to get all daily nutrients! It is easy getting them being a vegan, but on a liquid diet?!

Vitamin B is known to help increase energy (particularly B6 and B12, I believe…correct me if I am wrong). I have Vitamin B in both pill form and liquid. I know the liquid (under the tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing) is supposed to be absorbed into the system faster than the pill form, but I don’t know the relative times for each. I’m trying to gage how soon before a workout I should take each in order to feel a boost in energy, if even minor.
Do I take a Vitamin B pill the night before a morning workout? Or do I take it 1 hour in advance?
Same question with the liquid form. What can you tell me?
Thank you!

If so, does it seem to make a difference in the way you feel or if you are tired in the middle of the day? What kind of supplement has been the best kind from your experience ? I take a natural multi vitamin/mineral pack from the company where my son works, he gets a discount. Also natural fruit/veg juice made in a juicer at home. I was just wondering what others do, because the processed and packaged foods aren’t all that great healthwise just by itself.

I want to lose some weight because i have knee problems. I am not over weight but i want to lose like 5-10lbs. I am 5′2 and my weight can round up to 100. But this is not for looks. I just want my knee to "calm down". I am going to physical therapy and etc. If you guys can just give me a list, I can ask my doctors at my next appointments.

I have been diagnosed anemic, but it is not severe. I want to try taking the Goldline brand "Ferrous sulfate" iron supplement (liquid iron) but I am unsure on how much to take. I want to take it before bed, but I am up for suggestions on the best time to take it as well
